Here are the details for the Saturday appointments:

Every Saturday we will be in the office from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM to see people who need a medical marijuana recommendation form from the doctor in order to get a medical card.

 

Drive up, park in front and sit in the car. We come out and talk to you. It's quick and easy.

 

To get a medical card you talk to the doctor then get a medical marijuana recommendation form. Then you do the online application with the OMMA to get the card sent to you in the mail.

 

Then you can do the online application with the OMMA. They will want you to upload the doctor recommendation form and other information. It's very easy.

 

Some people need help with the online application, and several dispensaries here in town help with that.

 

$75 new Adult patient ($50 new minor patient)/$50 renewal patient--just for the doctor appointment and medical marijuana recommendation form that you need in order to get a medical card.  

 

Then you also must pay the OMMA in the online application $104.31 unless you have Medicare, Medicaid, Soonercare or are a 100% disabled veteran then they only charge $22.50 for the card.
